Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this unplanned outage.

All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this unplanned outage.

All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this unplanned outage.

Information

The issue causing an outage to the online payment portal has now been resolved. Clients can make payments using the following systems as normal:

  • Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
  • Online Payment Service (OPS/IPR)
  • Post-Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)
