Who does this notice affect?
All clients required to use the department’s Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS).
Some users are experiencing difficulties uploading documents into the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS). This issue is under urgent investigation by the department.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Clients with urgent perishable consignments that are required to lodge documentation in COLS are advised to forward their documents to the department via email at Import Assessment.
To ensure your documents are redirected to the correct processing team, please ensure you use the subject header rules outlined in 20-2016 Notice to Industry.
