Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs broker who are awaiting outcomes of biosecurity assessments from the Integrated Cargo System (ICS).


An unplanned service disruption was causing messaging delays between ICS and AIMS, SAC and S-Cargo.

This issue has now been resolved and messaging between ICS, AIMS and SAC is working as normal. There is a backlog of S-Cargo messages that are currently processing.
