71-2020 - Update to the requirements and conditions for approved arrangement class 19.1: NCCC and 19.2: AEPCOMM policy documents

Who does this notice affect?

The following information is relevant to Biosecurity Industry Participants and accredited persons operating under Class 19.1 non-commodity for containerised cargo clearance and Class 19.2 automatic entry processing for commodities (AEPCOMM) approved arrangements.

What has changed?

The Class 19.1 NCCC and Class 19.2 AEPCOMM requirements and conditions documents have been updated and published on the Requirements for operating approved arrangements webpage. These minor updates come into effect immediately and include:

  • updates to departmental branding to reflect machinery of government changes;
  • new tariffs (9401 and 9403) added to the manufactured articles containing animal derived material commodity group (class 19.2); and
  • the inclusion of non-dried cartilaginous fish pathway to the Seafood AEPCOMM group (class 19.2).
