Who does this notice affect?

Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections through the Biosecurity Portal.

Information

A systems issue has prevented some requests for inspection progressing to a booking. Some requests have failed to generate a new consignment record as an existing record has prevented its creation.
