This document provides information to industry on the requirements for transfer of export eligible meat, dairy, fish and egg products.
2013-13 Update - Export restrictions for rock lobster from Tasmania
Date of effect: 22/11/2013
This notice replaces Industry Advice Notice 2013-10, issued by the Department of Agriculture in 22 August 2013.
The Department of Agriculture has been advised by the Tasmanian Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water & Environment (DPIPWE) of the following:
1. The Tasmanian Rock Lobster Fishery Eastern Region will be opened to commercial rock lobster fishing on 25 November 2013.
2013-12 Export restrictions for scallops from Bass Strait

The Department of Agriculture issues this direction in writing under the Export Control (Fish and Fish Products) Orders 2005, Order 75, directing exporters and export registered establishments to comply with the following requirements for scallop for export from the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery until further notice.
