Due to scheduled maintenance, the Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS) will be unavailable from 23:00 Wednesday 15 May to 03:00 Thursday 16 May (AEST) and 23:00 Tuesday 21 May to 02:00 Wednesday 22 May (AEST).

Detail:

The unplanned service disruption to the Agriculture Import Management System (AIMS) has been resolved. Clients will now receive email notifications for biosecurity directions as normal.

The Agriculture Import Management System (AIMS) system is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. Some clients anticipating the receipt of biosecurity directions from the department may experience delays.

Action

This issue is being investigated as a priority and the department will advise once resolved.
