Seeking the grant award guidelines for the following grant:
- $150,000 to National Farmers' Federation to assist it participating in the EPBC Act review. Grant approved on March 21, 2019 (Grant Award ID GA52685). This includes any details of the purpose or description of the granting activity, the objectives, the selection process, any reporting and acquittal requirements and any evaluation mechanisms.

In addition, I am seeking any other documents relating to the above grant, including to or from the Minister.

•          The reconsideration request submitted by Argyle Cattle Company (ACC) on 1 March 2018

Can I please make a request for the following two documents relating to EPBC 2009/5252:

• The brief accompanying the changed Biodiversity Monitoring Plan approved in December 2019 (without attachments)
• The Department’s formal response (if any) to the proponent’s request (made 20 December 2018) for an extension to the timeframe for securing offset areas

Correspondence between the Commonwealth Department of Environment and Energy (including the Minister for the Environment, and/or the Department’s employees or agents) and Venture Minerals Limited (including its employees or agents) relating to:

(a) the amendment of conditions of the EPBC approval numbered EPBC 2012/6339, including, but not limited to conditions 16 and 24;
(b) the commencement or substantial commencement of the mine approved under EPBC approval numbered EPBC 2012/6339;
(c) any contraventions or potential contraventions of the approval numbered EPBC 2012/6339 or the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 by Venture Minerals and/or its employees or contractors.

The applicant requested reports on export of kangaroo skins and meat, including country they were exported to, from 2015 to 2019.

The applicant requested a document containing details of the airlines in relation to greyhound exports for January 2019.
