Purpose
To notify exporters of dairy products that the proposed transition of EXDOC to NEXDOC, will not occur in February as expected.
Key points
NEXDOC dairy will not go live in February as proposed.
This delay has been necessary in order to assure the quality and reliability of the system.
The department is committed to ensuring that NEXDOC addresses export certification needs and provides the required assurance for our trading partners.
We regret this delay and will notify you with new implementation arrangements.

AUSkey changes
Industry should be aware that the ATO is moving from AUSkey to MyGovID. This change may impact some companies who have already registered with NEXDOC.

Software users
The department continues to work closely with third party software providers.
It is important that you also work closely with your software provider to ensure that your system needs are met, and you are well positioned to commence using NEXDOC.
