110-2024: Changes to the Biosecurity Portal Home Page

Who does this notice affect?

All Biosecurity Portal users, including Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders.

What has changed?

The login tiles have been updated on the Biosecurity Portal to support the addition of new services (Approved Arrangements Management Product) – see Import Industry Advice Notice ‘107-2024 Approved Arrangements Management Product (AAMP) is coming’ for further details.

These changes provide more information on the services available. This will assist new users in selecting the correct login option.

Access to the Biosecurity Portal for current users has not changed. Users will be able to access the portal with the same login details as before.
