Who does this notice affect?
Biosecurity industry participants and accredited persons operating under approved arrangement class 19.2.
What has changed?
On 8 December 2025, the scope of approved arrangement class 19.2 will be expanded to include the following goods:

In addition to the above, the BICON case “Fish including fish caviar, fish roe, fish viscera and fish maw (excluding salmonid fish)” has been expanded to include new consumer ready finfish approved arrangement class 19.2 BICON pathways.
The Approved arrangement class 19.2 commodities webpage and relevant BICON case will be updated to reflect these changes.
