All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to make payments within PEBS.

The Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, clients may encounter errors when attempting to make payments within PEBS.
Action
Clients that experience issues when attempting to make payment via PEBS are advised to re-attempt later.
This issue is being investigated as a priority, and the department will advise once resolved.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
