Who does this notice affect?
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to make payments within PEBS.

As of: 10:55 Friday 30 January 2026 (AEDT).
The unplanned service disruption to the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) has been resolved.
Clients can now make payments through PEBS as normal.
Action
Clients that experienced issues when attempting to make payment via PEBS are advised to re-attempt.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
