Information
Start time: As of: 06:30 Sunday 22 February 2026 (AEDT).
Details: As of approximately 06:30, there has been an unplanned service disruption to outbound messages from DAFF systems to the Department of Home Affairs’ (DoHA) Integrated Cargo System (ICS). As a result, clients anticipating responses (messages) from the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF/department) in relation to the above declaration types may experience delays in receiving these responses, which are currently being queued as a result of this unplanned service disruption.
Note: This is not affecting incoming messages from DoHA’s ICS to DAFF systems, which are being received as normal.
It is anticipated that messages affected by this unplanned service disruption will recommence transmission once services have been restored.
