Detail:
Between 06:30am and 10:45am Sunday 22 February 2026 (AEDT), there was an unplanned service disruption to the department’s outbound messaging to the Department of Home Affairs’ (DoHA) Integrated Cargo System (ICS). As a result, outbound messages from the department’s systems to DoHA’s ICS were being queued.
This unplanned service disruption has now been resolved. Outbound messages from departmental systems to DoHA’s ICS are being transmitted as normal. The backlog of messages queued between DoHA systems (e.g. ICS) and DAFF systems are also currently being transmitted.
Action
No action required. The backlog of messages queued as a result of the unplanned service disruption are currently being processed. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
