Who does this notice affect?
Clients that receive emails from the Agriculture Import Management System (AIMS) for Full Import Declarations, Long Form SAC's and Cargo Personal effect importations, including:
- Import Brokers
- Food Imports
- Importers
- Approved Arrangements

Restored time: As of: 10:15pm Wednesday 01 April 2026 (AEDT).
The unplanned service disruption to AIMS, email releases, directions, service records, Food Control Certificates, Food inspection advices, and failed food notices has been resolved.
Messages queued during the service disruption have since been sent out.

No action required.
