This list is referenced in section 32(5) of the Biosecurity (Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods) Determination 2021, section 23(4) of the Biosecurity (Prohibited and Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods – Christmas Island) Determination 2016, section 24(4) of the Biosecurity (Prohibited and Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods – Cocos (Keeling) Islands) Determination 2016, and section 23(4) of the Biosecurity (Prohibited and Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods – Norfolk Island) Determination 2016 (Goods Determinations).

This list contains conditionally non-prohibited goods which are subject to specific conditions of import, as outlined in the Goods Determinations.

The Biosecurity Import Conditions system (BICON) reflects the information contained in the Biosecurity (Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods) Determination 2021 and this list. Importers should consult BICON for the full range of import conditions for all goods intended for import.
