The Non Red Meat Industry Consultative Committee (NRMICC) was created in July 2014 to discuss the Package Assisting Small Exporters (PASE), specifically the rebate and the project components of PASE.
A broader meat industry consultative committee is being used for the fees and charges review component of PASE.
NRMICC’s terms of reference are specific to providing advice on PASE, and the intent is to dissolve the committee once PASE has been fully implemented.
Membership
NRMICC has representation from casings manufacturers, game meat industry, kangaroo industry, smallgoods manufacturers, and cold storage facilities.
