Application for the transfer or release of biosecurity risk material

Complete the Application for the transfer or release of biosecurity material form to apply for a permit to:

• transfer biological material currently held in an approved arrangement (AA) site to another AA site or multiple AA sites.
• release biological material from an AA site (treatment may be required before release – this will be specified on the release permit and will require an assessment of the treatment to ensure biosecurity risks are sufficiently addressed).

Paying for your application

Before your application is processed by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, you must pay the prescribed fee in full. Please refer to the department’s charging guidelines for details of fees and charges.

Manual applications can be paid for using the credit card payment form.
