Forms for exporting livestock

You can apply for a new, renewed or varied livestock export licence online via the Export Service. You will need to create an account to use the service.

Once you are set up in the Export Service, you will need to connect it to TRACE. For more information, go to About export licence applications in the Export Service.

If you can’t access the Export Service for any reason, or would prefer to submit a PDF application form, you can do so using the below documents.

Application forms for approved arrangements, approved export programs and export permit and health certificates are also available below.
