Yellow-winged locust - Gastrimargus musicus

Major differences between adults of these species: when resting on the ground these species look very similar. However, they are easy to distinguish by examining their hind wings. Also, when disturbed the males of the yellow-winged locust makes a loud cracking sound during flight.
