Information

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, the Import Management System (IMS) will be unavailable from 23:30 Wednesday 28 February to 05:00 Thursday 29 February 2024 (AEDT).

Purpose

To inform stakeholders that the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry is conducting a user account audit on Micor, Manual of Importing Country Requirements. Micor sets out the known requirements that exporters must meet for products and commodities to be accepted for import into specific overseas countries.

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period.

All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned maintenance period.

All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned maintenance period.

The backlog of invoices is now processing.
