Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) may experience a brief service disruption from 23:30 Saturday 24 February to 02:30 Sunday 25 February 2024 (AEDT).

All clients required to use the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON) during this planned maintenance period.

Information

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, BICON users may experience several intermittent outages from 16:00 to 23:59 Sunday 25 February 2024 (AEDT).

Action

Users are advised to frequently save any in-progress permit applications during this planned maintenance period.

All clients required to use Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry web-based applications during this planned maintenance period.

Information

The department will be conducting network maintenance from 23:00 Wednesday 21 February to 03:00 Thursday 22 February 2024 (AEDT).

During this time, DAFF applications may experience two, 15-minute outages. These applications include, but are not limited to:

This includes customs brokers, importers and Biosecurity Industry Participants (BIPs) that hold approval for approved arrangement class 14.4 ­rural tailgate inspection.
