This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify all Plant Exports Management System (PEMS), Export Documents (EXDOC) and Quota Management System (QMS) users, including plant export clients and exporters, of expected system maintenance and associated outages.
Systems will be unavailable for the following periods:
The National Management Group (NMG) for Varroa destructor endorsed the national plan for Transition to Management on 9 February 2024.

Consignments of fresh cut flowers and foliage found to be infested with live insect pests have the option to be directed for onshore fumigation and release prior to pest identification by an entomologist for peak periods and select holidays in 2024.
