This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify all Plant Exports Management System (PEMS), Export Documents (EXDOC) and Quota Management System (QMS) users, including plant export clients and exporters, of expected system maintenance and associated outages.
Systems will be unavailable for the following periods:

Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for import inspections using the Biosecurity Portal.

The unplanned service disruption to the Biosecurity Portal has been resolved. Clients can now submit their request for inspection through the Biosecurity Portal as normal.

The Biosecurity Portal is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, clients may be unable to submit new request for inspections.
The National Management Group (NMG) for Varroa destructor endorsed the national plan for Transition to Management on 9 February 2024.
The NMG recognised the significant efforts from NSW and the Consultative Committee on Emergency Plant Pests to develop the plan.
