As part of the department’s focus on modernising its export services, Australian exporters of egg products will be able use NEXDOC, the new web-based export document management system, to generate export certification from today.

Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections through the Biosecurity Portal.
Due to scheduled system maintenance, the Biosecurity Portal will be unavailable from 22:00 Friday 08 December to 02:30 Saturday 09 December 2023 (AEDT).
Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.
