This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify exporters of honey and apiculture products of a planned outage for the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry’s (the department’s) Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) system.
Approved arrangement documentation will be used during audits conducted by departmental auditors. Arrangements must be updated and approved if any significant variations are made. Significant variations must be sent to halal.exportmeat@aff.gov.au for consideration by the department before implementation.

This Biosecurity Advice notifies stakeholders of the formal commencement of a review of biosecurity import requirements for fresh pomelo fruit for human consumption from Vietnam.
We expect to release the draft report for public consultation in early 2024.
