This notice is applicable to any individual or entity that performs work for, or on behalf of, the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. This includes contractors, consultants, third-party providers, Biosecurity Industry Participants and Approved Arrangements.

Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections through the Biosecurity Portal.
Due to scheduled system maintenance, the Biosecurity Portal will be unavailable from 22:00 to 23:59 Friday 04 August 2023 (AEST).
Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.
