All clients required to use the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this planned outage.

Information

To support a website upgrade, BICON will be unavailable from 23:00 Saturday 29 April to 03:00 Sunday 30 April 2023 (AEST).

Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who will be required to book and manage requests for import inspections using the Biosecurity Portal during this planned outage.

Information

Due to scheduled system maintenance, the Biosecurity Portal will be unavailable from 22:00 to 22:30 Friday 28 April 2023 (AEST).

Action

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.
