  • Import Management System (IMS)
  • Integrated Cargo System (ICS)
  • Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)

Information

The department’s messaging service is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, ICS is unable to communicate with DAFF systems.

241-2022: Scheduled Outage: Sunday 04 December 2022 – COLS

Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period.

Information

To support system maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) will be unavailable from 23:00 to 23:59 Sunday 04 December 2022 (AEDT).

Action

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.

240-2022: Scheduled Outage: Friday 02 December to Saturday 03 December 2022 – BICON impacted, COLS, OPS and PEBS unavailable.

All clients attempting to submit permit applications and access invoices using the Department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON) during this planned outage.

All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage.

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.

All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned maintenance period.

Information

Due to scheduled maintenance, the Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS) will be unavailable from 23:00 Thursday 01 December to 02:00 Friday 02 December 2022 (AEDT).

Action

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.
