Who does this notice affect?

All clients attempting to submit permit applications and access invoices using the Department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this planned outage.

All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage.

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.

  • Import Management System (IMS)
  • Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS)
  • Integrated Cargo System (ICS)
  • S-Cargo
  • Seasonal Pests (SeaPest)
  • Self-Assessed Clearance Paperless (SAC Paperless)

Information

Due to scheduled system maintenance, there will be delays to DAFF messaging from 00:00 to 06:00 Monday 10 October 2022 (AEDT).

All clients who will be required to lodge inspection requests to the department during this planned outage.

Information

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, the Biosecurity Portal will be unavailable from 22:00 Friday 30 September to 03:00 Saturday 01 October 2022 (AEST).

Action

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.
