Operators and other entities at first points of entry (FPOE) including aircraft and vessel operators, airport and port operators, importers, brokers, airlines and shipping agents.
New FPOE determinations have been made, replacing transitional determinations previously in place at 13 ports and airports. The ports and airports with new determinations are:
