All clients awaiting outcomes relating to Master Consolidator Declarations and Offshore Treatment Certificate assessments.
The unplanned service disruption to the department’s Seasonal Pest application has been resolved.
Assessments are now being received and processed as normal, however there may be a delay as staff work through the backlog of Master Consolidator Declarations and Offshore Treatment Certificate assessments.

The department’s Seasonal Pest application is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, clients may experience delays in receiving Master Consolidator Declaration and Offshore Treatment Certificate assessment outcomes.
