Request for biosecurity inspection at a non-Approved Arrangement site

An importer may apply for departmental approval for a biosecurity inspection to occur at a non-Approved Arrangement (AA) site. This may be due to the type, size or complexity of the goods being imported.

The importer must complete the ‘Request for biosecurity inspection at non-AA site’ form and email it to the regional Biosecurity office in the state/territory that the cargo is requested to be inspected. Providing this information to the department as early as possible will help to facilitate assessment and booking processes.
