Current surveys

ABARES’ Social Sciences Program conducts in-depth social research to deepen understanding of the human and social factors influencing Australia’s agriculture, fisheries, and forestry industries.

Our research is rigorous, practical, and directly supports the development of effective policies, programs, and operational decisions within government.

A central part of our approach involves using surveys to gather valuable data that informs and strengthens our insights.
