  • Trade
1 July 2026

Engaging with the department's online services will soon be made simpler and more efficient.

The TradeClear portal will launch soon. It will deliver a single access point for biosecurity, import and export online services. Access to our digital services and applications will be faster and simpler.

Customers will now only need to sign-in once to use our applications.

The portal will deliver access to the full range of account functions and from a single place. These functions include:

  • Manage account access
  • Manage roles and responsibilities
  • Assign certifications and standards

What’s changing?

  • Export, import and biosecurity service unification via single website
  • Convenience and efficiency through Tell Us Once authentication
  • An increasing number of users over time will have the ability to sign-in and authenticate once to access multiple services

What do I need to do?

No action is required from you.  We will be issuing communications closer to our release date.

What’s next?

We are onboarding services and applications to prepare for our launch date.

As TradeClear grows, the feature richness for users will increase.

Updates will be provided as we progress and we will engage directly with our impacted stakeholders.
