NEXDOC endorsement numbers

Fit for human consumption endorsement 9003:

An optional fit for human consumption endorsement is available in NEXDOC for edible non-prescribed goods. If the optional fit for human consumption endorsement 9003 is used, clients must attach a manufacturer’s declaration, exporter’s declaration or HACCP certificate to the NEXDOC Request for Export (REX) to demonstrate the consignment’s compliance with endorsement 9003.

New NEXDOC endorsement numbers:

The manual endorsements currently used for a variety of products/countries, have been added as soft coded endorsements in NEXDOC. Please refer to Table 1 for a list of the relevant country, product, certificate templates and NEXDOC endorsement number combinations available from 7 April 2025. When raising a REX, please refer to Table 1 and use the relevant NEXDOC endorsement number instead of using free text endorsements. Table 2 outlines the endorsement text for each endorsement number.

NEXDOC Registrations are now open for exporters of Other Goods

The Australian Government is growing Australian agriculture exports by reforming export systems and functions. The department is transitioning Other Goods products onto its new web-based export management system, the Next Export Documentation System, NEXDOC. Export certificate applications for all markets (other than China, Hong Kong, Macau and South Korea) will move to the new NEXDOC system on Monday, 7 April 2025.

From this date, manual applications for export certification for Other Goods to these countries will not be accepted with the exception of replacement certificates for certificates originally issued manually.

These countries are in addition to Cambodia, Canada, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the United States of America and Vietnam, which have already moved to the NEXDOC system.
