Production questionnaire: animal feed imports

If you are importing plant based animal feed to Australia, you will need to ask the facilities that manufacture and/or export your product to complete our production questionnaire.

Submit the completed questionnaire with your import permit application. If we advise you that an audit is required, you must also ask the facility to complete our audit questionnaire for plant-based stockfeed (also available on this page).

Plant-based fertiliser importers should use our fertiliser questionnaire also available on this page.
