From 10 August 2026, all documents will be lodged via the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS).
You can submit self-assessed clearances (SACs) to the SAC team at sacncc@aff.gov.au with the item in the subject line. The items are:
- perishable or urgent goods – for goods of live animals, airfreight perishables, non-refrigerated perishables, urgent medical supplies and fumigation reports
- movement advice for animal transport equipment.
