Some of you may be aware that there has been an internal restructure within AQIS to realign all export programs under one executive manager and all quarantine programs under the other. I have been allocated the quarantine roles and will keep plant quarantine (including grain imports), and will inherit live animal imports and biological product imports. The grains export and horticulture exports programs will be transferred to the Export Division and Narelle Clegg will be the new national manager. The changes come into effect from 1 January 2007.
