Purpose
To release the updated Candidate Advices for HOR3002 Inspection of Fruit and Vegetables and HOR3003 Inspection of Nursery Stock, Flowers and Foliage.
Background
The Candidate Advice provides AO candidates with a study tool to prepare themselves for assessment. These Candidate Advices have been updated to include content about export legislation, the APS Values and Code of Conduct, defensible decision making, conflict management and workplace health and safety.

Instructions
These Candidate Advices apply to assessments scheduled from Monday 07 October 2013.
Please note that no changes have been made to the relevant Work Instructions and Volumes in the Plant Export Operations Manual.
