Purpose
To advise of changes to MICoR Plants as of Monday 13 April 2015.
Key Points
- MICoR Plants will be accessible via the new URL: http://micor.agriculture.gov.au/plants
- There will also be an auto redirect to the new MICoR home page from the old MICoR home page.
- Persons who have access to the secure documents will receive notification advising of new log on details. The notification will be sent to the email provided at time of initial registration request.
- Significant changes have been made to the search function, which are now located on the left side of the MICoR Plants home page, and will only provide results if information is contained within the database.
- To search for a specific case:
- Select the required Country - to expand the list click Show More and scroll through the list
- Only the linked Group will be displayed
- Select the required Group (if applicable) - to expand the list click Show More and scroll through the list
- Only the linked End Use will be displayed
- Select the required End Use (if applicable) - to expand the list click Show More and scroll through the list
- Only the linked cases will be displayed
- Select the required case under Scientific Name / Common Name - to expand the list click Show More and scroll through the list
- The result or results will automatically be displayed under the Recent results heading
- Click the hyperlinked text to display the specific case
- Searches can be conducted at any level. eg: Country and Group only; Country and End Use only; Country only.
