The unplanned outage to the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) has now been resolved. Clients can now access COLS as normal.

The Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) is currently experiencing an unplanned outage.

Action

This issue is being investigated as a priority and the department will advise once resolved.

All clients attempting to submit permit applications and access invoices using the Department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON) during this planned outage.

All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage.

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period.

All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned maintenance period.

All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned maintenance period.

51-2023 - Scheduled Outage: Wednesday 08 March to Thursday 09 March 2023 – DAFF applications

Who does this notice affect?

All clients required to use Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry web-based applications during this planned maintenance period. 

Information

The department will be conducting network maintenance from 23:00 Wednesday 08 March to 02:00 Thursday 09 March 2023 (AEDT).

During this time, DAFF applications may experience several 30-second outages. These applications include, but are not limited to:
