2021-11: NEXDOC Dairy – Changes to Certificates for China

Attention:

  • Registered dairy exporters, manufacturers, agents, freight forwarders, approved export permit issuers and EDI users.
  • Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment - Central and Regional offices.

Purpose

To notify stakeholders that from Monday 17 May 2021 all China certificates for dairy must be issued and printed via the Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) system.

Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment.

All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information.

All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System.

All offshore treatment providers required to lodge treatment certificates through the BMSB Declaration and Treatment Certificate Portal.
