All clients required to create new permit applications or access existing application documents within the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system.
The issue causing a service disruption to BICON has now been resolved.
Clients can create new permit applications and access documents related to existing applications as normal.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
