All Department of Agriculture clients receiving email messages from the following applications:

  • The Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
  • The Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)

Information

An issue in the department’s I.T. infrastructure caused client messaging from the following applications to fail for approximately 4 hours yesterday evening:

All clients attempting to access invoices using the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this planned outage period.

All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage period.

All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage period.
