May 2015 - Changes to Levies Online password requirements - Effective from May 2015

​​​​New password requirements for Levies Online will be introduced from May 2015. These will ensure passwords meet Australian Government ​Information Security Manual requirements.

When you log in to Levies Online from May 2015, you will be asked to change your password. The minimum password length is 10 characters and it must contain the following:

  • Uppercase alphabetic characters (A-Z)
  • Lowercase alphabetic characters (a-z)
  • Numeric characters (0-9)
  • Special characters (such as # $ % ^ & etc).

Passwords will be valid for 90 days. When you log in to Levies Online after this time, you will be prompted to change your password before you can access the system. You do not need to change your expired password until the next time you need to access Levies Online.

Please note that more than five failed log in attempts may be result in your account being locked.
