First time lodging with us

You will need a levies account number if you are lodging a return for the first time.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a levies account number (e.g. LRS12345).

For any help with the form, call Levies on 1800 020 619 (within Australia).

The fastest way to lodge your returns is through Levies Online.

If you cannot amend a return online, email a signed copy of the amended return to: levies.management@aff.gov.au.

When you log in to Levies Online you will be given a security code via email and mobile. Codes are valid for 45 minutes and can only be used once.

Your code may not come through to you immediately. If you have not received a code within 20 minutes, try again or contact the Levies team.
