All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned maintenance period.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned maintenance period.

All clients required to use the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this planned maintenance period.
The department is conducting I.T. infrastructure maintenance from 23:00 Sunday 14 November to 03:00 Monday 15 November 2021 (AEDT).
BICON will still be available during this time, however the below operations may be impacted for periods ranging 15-60 minutes during the above maintenance window:
All clients required to use the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this planned maintenance period.
Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, BICON users may experience several intermittent outages from 16:00 to 23:59 Sunday 14 November 2021 (AEDT).
Users are advised to frequently save any in-progress permit applications during this maintenance period.
All clients attempting to submit permit applications and access invoices using the Department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this planned outage.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage.

To support system maintenance, the Maritime Arrivals Reporting System (MARS) will be unavailable from 23:00 Friday 05 November to 00:30 Saturday 06 November 2021 (AEDT).
Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.
