The department is conducting I.T. infrastructure maintenance from 23:00 to 23:05 Saturday 19 June 2021 (AEST).
BICON will still be available during this time, however users will not be able to complete the following operations:

The meeting was attended by officials from the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment; the Victorian Government Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP); and the Victorian Government Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR).

The department’s Seasonal Pest application is currently experiencing an unplanned outage.
As a result, clients may experience delays in receiving Master Consolidator Declaration and Offshore Treatment Certificate assessment outcomes.
The department is investigating this issue as a priority and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
